We are a cycle sport coaching service, established in 2012 by Richard Eastham, a qualified and accredited British Cycling coach. We run coaching sessions at the 250m Bournemouth Velodrome and also offer one-to-one perfomance coaching.
Our sessions for youth riders are fun, structured and aimed at giving riders the best possible insight to cycle sport. Our one-to-one performance coaching is detailed, knowledgeable and professional.
We strongly believe in the power of cycle sport to create long lasting friendships, to provide a sense of liberation and to create a set of values and attitudes that will encourage positive decision-making. Our coaching experience is about more than just medals and podium places but about the bigger picture in life.
The Feria Sport Saturday morning youth sessions begin again on Saturday 1st March 2014 and will run every weekend through to the end of July. Unlike previous seasons, we will not be missing the Saturdays that fall during the school holidays but be running right through, each week, every week (weather permitting) with just a few exceptions to make way for national racing events. The 1st March session starts at 09h00 and lasts for two hours. All subsequent sessions will begin at 10h00.
The format will comprise skills, drills and general coaching for the first 90 minutes and then the last half hour will be dedicated to coach-led racing for those riders wanting to learn about race techniques. We hope to run a points league for those that take part in the coach-led racing events. More >>
